Selva is a heat-safe activewear brand based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA. You can reach us at hello@wearselva.com.
Use of the site
Our website is currently informational. You can read about us, follow our journal, and join the waitlist. When pre-orders open, additional terms will apply to purchases and we will post them clearly before you check out.
You agree to use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes and to follow all applicable laws. Don't try to break the site, scrape it, or use it to harm other users.
Waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free and does not obligate you to buy anything. It means you'll get updates from us and early access to pre-orders when they open. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Intellectual property
The Selva name, logo, brand, photography, copy, and all website content are owned by Selva. You may share our content for personal, non-commercial purposes with credit. You may not use our content for commercial purposes, reproduce it on competing products, or claim it as your own.
Third-party links
Our site links out to other platforms (Substack, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites.
Disclaimer
We provide the site "as is" and make no warranties about its accuracy, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose. We try to keep things accurate and the site up, but we can't promise either.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Selva and its founders are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to $100.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Changes
We may update these terms over time. If we do, we will change the effective date above and post the new version here. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
